I'm surprised Rooster has never heard of recess appointments.

LoL.... Ya gotta be kinda amazed at folks still doubting Trump. The Gaetz nomination has really exposed those opposed to Trump's ideas.
Personally, I think they are slowly putting a noose around their necks that will eventually and slowly be tightened up. They are just to ignorant to understand this.

It's interesting watching people say that Trump should appoint some similar bulldog but with a better skillset, like Ken Paxton.

I think that is a meritorious argument, but I question whether the people saying that wouldn't be making similar complaints had Trump put up Paxton, etc.

Gowdy had me fooled for a term.

What a clown. Him, Miss Lyndsay and McConnell can all go find a new party as far as I’m concerned.

This may be the plan all along. Come out blasting with Gaetz, pull back Gaetz and enter Paxton and make the DC establishment feel like they got a win when Paxton was the guy you wanted all along. Meanwhile Ron then appoints Gaetz to the Senate.

Best of both worlds.

You know they would. That's the good part if Gaetz doesn't make it through. They wasted their ammo and a Mike Lee or Ken Paxton should sail through

This whole notion that there is some specially unique “skill set” necessary to head a federal agency is silliness. All these people have historically been nothing but political operatives. Gaetz would be doing nothing else. They just don’t like how they fear he will operate. Nobody really gives a shite about “skills” because it’s really nothing but meaningless.

What happened to him? He came out guns blazing and seemed like he didn’t give a damn. Now he sits in the corner hotel chair. WTF

What happened to him?

He's a fake conservative.

Started fake. Ended fake. Cashing checks on Fox being fake.

He's Paul Ryan. Straight up RINOs.

"Im so upset you just wait and see what happens! Im going to write the angriest letter you've ever seen! Prepare for me to yell really loud at a committee hearing!"

The guy is an actor with a bad series of haircuts.

Trey’s just disturbed at the notion of someone actually trying to get shite done instead of just being content with putting on a good song and dance in front of the cameras.
