Joe Biden's appointee... Both are the gift (and grift) which keeps on giving.

What's the context?
What context could there possibly be that justifies that statement?
Please enlighten us

quote:"They don't have equal access to the voting system. They're DISABLED!" However when you click on it, it gives you the subtle context. quote:Congressional districts based on race because black people are like disabled people I don't agree with the analogy but the tweet is purposely misleading.
Your making a distinction without a difference

"Justice Ketanji Jackson declares we need to draw Congressional districts based on race because black people are like disabled people."
Bad comparison because most disabled people aren't habitually violent.

We have. You've repeatedly said that, although that's exactly what she said, she was misquoted. Or rather... her quote was misconstrued. At any rate, you are claiming that what she said... ain't what she said.

I learned in kindergarten that two wrongs don’t make a right. Why didn’t this bitch?

Give it up man. Yoi thought you had a stupid gotcha point and you don’t. Take the L.

I said it was taken out of context and the headline was deliberately misleading clickbait. Which it is.
Nowhere in the headline does it reference are like disabled people until you click it which was the context of the whole clip. Why not lead with that instead?
That's why I referenced the very fine people on both sides to show context matters.
This place is so weird and so partisan sometimes it's like people can't admit it's clickbait right in front of their face. I called out a fact and all of a sudden I'm siding with her.
Facts don't care about your feelings.

Context is not a gotcha point.
If I don't have a point then prove me wrong.

Women are so fricking stupid.

What an utter fricking embarrassment to every SC justice that ever came before her. That is Biden's filucking legacy. What a decrepit buffoon.

But if this idiot turned up at the Academy Awards, those virtue-signaling Hollywood loons would give her a standing ovation.

KBJ's context is actually much worse.
Her context is that black people are mentally/intellectually inferior to white people. That is an abhorrent thing to say.
Her paternalistic blacktivism is a slap in the face to every single black man and woman in this country.

What a piece of shittt that azzhat was/is. That just shows how much control of DC the “deep state” had, making that dirtbag the republican nominee to run a weak as shittt campaign against whore Obama.

I wasn't mad at her analogy until she shouted "in fact they are didabled" like she stumbled on the crux of her point, which made it laughably dumb.
In her defense she ain't great with words, so she may not have meant to call herself disabled.

It's the same equivalency of Dems saying that black people can't operate computers as well as white people, or that they have a harder time acquiring I.D. cards.
