I agree. She drew a comparison. That was the part that is left out of the "headline"

Dang, Powerman was arguing with me in another thread that whitey was bringing down the healthiness of the US.

frick. Now every Shaneekwa and ghetto Quantayveeyus is going to ask for a goddamn disability check too.
This is never going to end.

R’s confirmed her, right?

Most of them already do this or certainly try.
I’ve black coworkers talk to me about how POS people have their kids frick around in school in order to get “crazy checks”. (Context was their friends and relatives working in the school system stuck dealing with these assholes)

Geez, she really is a DEI hire. Leave it to Biden to put a moron on the Supreme Court in the name of Social Justice. No one can convince me that she deserved becoming a Supreme Court Judge. The other Justices agree with me. Even Sotomayor.

She was essentially confirmed on party lines (53-47). Only Collins from ME, Murkowski from AK, Romney from UT crossed party lines to vote in favor.

Yeah. That's not what she said. Why the need to lie?

Spare us your BS, please.
Your response here is the whisper after you shouted the lie in your first response.
What was the lie?
ketanji-brown IS attempting to make an analogy between voting rights and the ADA.
Now, when the poster said
" "They don't have equal access to the voting system. They're DISABLED!" I believe he is using a non-sequitir to point out ketanji-browns stupid analogy. And to characterize that response as a lie is your poor attempt to support poor ketanji.
You would do better to never attempt to support a monumental idiot like ketanji-brown.

It's infuriating, isn't it? The black dudes I work with are solid guys, and they complain about this too. It's especially the women's behavior they can't stand, always griping about how the women just want to get knocked up so their welfare checks are bigger. They don't want to be moms or have an actual father figure in the picture, because any responsible father would be working to support his family and Shaneekwa would lose her welfare eligibility. She'd rather live off of $800 a month and $1000 in food stamps that to be with a man making $5000 a month. It's sad.
The whole system is toxic and broken.

Yep, been saying the same, black fatigue is real!!
Segregation for several reasons safety, civility, and morality!!

Um... they don't? How on earth do they not have the same access to the voting system as whitey?

I would be embarrassed if i were the one that put her up for SCOTUS. She might struggle being a 5th grade social studies teacher.

Also why would he leave the most important out "are like disabled people" when drawing that conclusion?
You sure are attempting a lot of mental gymnastics to not admit the quote left out an important part of her argument and the context.
I don't agree with her but the headline is clickbait. That's just a fact.

It is literally what she said, word for word. I think to construe what she said as meaning that they were physically or mentally disabled, is misleading, but it’s what she said and it was a dumbass thing to say. But what do you expect….

You're white knighting for Gazoontike Jackson awfully hard.

"How did she get on the court?"
It's a pretty simple answer.

Basically, she did say that. They're so disenfranchised and so oppressed, it's like they disabled, yo.

He quoted her DIRECTLY. He did NOT attempt to explain what she was attempting to do with her argument... he simply give a direct quote of hers. Is it THAT hard for you to understand? It sure seems that way.
