I have a meeting in about 30 min with my Regional head. Maybe it will go like this:
RH: WEP, we have a couple of clients that are in trouble. What can we do and what steps can we take to mitigate?
WEP: Well, I am putting together a multi-purpose, multi-functioning team that will really be able to dive in and take a look at all aspects of the operations and report back their findings. There are a lot of moving parts in the client operations and we want to insure that out team is built from the inside out with cross-functionality as well as multi-functionality so that we can identify areas of concern, and be able to place the right people in front of the problem areas and have a really hearty and robust reporting system in place that can connect the idea centers on our teams with the proper in-house partners so that we can target our innate capabilities into the areas of concern.
RH: Sounds good. Let's go ahead and set up a meeting with different interdepartmental partners so that we can discuss the plan of action and then come up with a set of questions that will help us target and implement out plan of action. Then we can set up another meeting from that where we will discuss the subject questions. Once this is completed, we can set up another meeting with the partners to be involved and discuss scheduling. We can then explore and scrutinize the timelines and schedule another meeting to hopefully set a kickoff date and finalize the timeline.
