Father and son are real stupid since they should have lawyered up right after the trigger was pulled.

If they had done that they aren’t in jail right now and they would have LeBron and his click claiming white people are hunting blacks

Sup Hankster. IMO a jury will never see the referenced video because the judge will rule pretrial that it falls outside the parameters of a legitimate/justifiable citizens arrest scenario. Thus the video results in only a prejudicial effect on the deceased and has no, or can have no, probative value as to the aforementioned citizens arrest defense.

**JMO and only based on purely technical legal concepts....not philosophical or emotional.

the first fricking thing you learn in concealed carry class is that if you choose to deploy, you’d better have a lawyer on speed dial and you’d better be prepared to be prosecuted

better than being dead, but in this case the two rednecks escalated the situation and are 100% liable for the death of the perp. The perp would still be alive had they not intervened and the two rednecks would not have been in imminent danger had they not intervened. There’s not a fact out there that will change that

God bless Candace Owens. She's a true PATRIOT and a GENUINE black conservative. I love her, but I despise the fake one's.

Was this video taken on the day he was shot?

Shortly before the deadly altercation, a man called 911 to report they thought someone could be breaking into the home, then a man called 911 to report someone running away.

When these situations arise, I am always surprised by the number of people who feel that extra-judicial execution is an appropriate response to a minor property crime

I don't feel this way at all but that you're going with that silly bull shite isn't surprising

I don't think death for a lot of things that end up causing you to be dead is "justified"

But the reality is if you engage in certain behaviors you dramatically increase your odds of ending up dead. This isn't a complicated concept.

Play stupid games......on both sides of this deal, I'm not saying they both aren't retarded and deserve to go to prison, but the "muh black man cant go jogging" narrative is over.

Deal with it

Agreed but it was still legal.

So, basically, if they can prove they knew this guy was the guy who committed the felony, they will walk.

Stand up to the straw board brave net warrior

All sorts of people on this board have said they were wrong.

It is also wrong to hype this one murder out of the 15K or so a year for political purposes.

I have refrained from talking about it because there is no point in this charged atmosphere.

I’m in the same boat. In these type of incidents I usually watch from afar and rarely comment. Way too emotional either way.

The jury just got a lot harder to convince

Not if the jury is any type of reasonable lmao. You cant attempt a citizens arrest for a crime you didnt witness in Georgia. They did not witness the crime they went to ‘citizens arrest’ him for. add in the fact that they coordinated the confrontation and initiated the violence.

I agree 100 percent.

They made a big series of missteps from following someone, to pulling guns on someone and not being able to detain them to where the situation turned to if he got the gun they were fricked. Then they compounded that by not calling a lawyer.

There are only losers involved in this story. A petty criminal and two retards

Honest question. Does the GBI arrest them without the hype?

The entire chain of events was caused by the "jogger"

One can also reasonably foresee that if one steals, one might get shot.

This is NOT saying stealing deserves the death penalty. Neither does speeding 40 miles an hour above the highway speed limit. But if you do it you are odds of dying go up dramatically

citiznes arrest in georgia is legal. But they were still the aggressor imo. Especially since the cops were already on their way.

They would be fricked if I was on the jury.

But... Everyone needs to see this and stop with the he was just jogging. I saw this video earlier pffft or whatever posted it.

Black men are not being murdered jogging in their neighborhood by white supremacists.
