John, you are a fig and I suspect you are from DU.

Right... all my post are about Trump and supporting Trump but I am from DU. You must be a low IQ individual.

This is worse than Hollywood writers striking over expanding use of AI because folks actually NEED the ports to be open in order to survive.

People that complain about pay at their jobs always makes me laugh a little.
Go get another job if you don’t like what you make.

That is false. There are local ILA chapters and each have their own pay scale. The President of ILA970 makes $170k/year. Are you arguing that the field workers are making more than him? Or are you just not aware that the contract you're referring is ONLY for that local ILA chapter and that there actually isn't a "master contract" which blankets the entire East Coast and Gulf states? I'm going for that last part.
Weird because here is the Master Contract
You have posted multiple times on this thread but provided ZERO links to any of your claims. You want to run your mouth and argue with the information others are posting with links though. And then you have the audacity to say:

If you can show me even half of the rest making anything close to that....then I'll conceed.
I don't need to show you shite. I've linked the info I'm referencing. Your source appears to be "Trust me bro." You're spouting off about how there "actually isn't a 'master contract'" when I just linked the master contract. So how about you provide those local ILA chapters' pay scales?

Actually it looks like you are a deadhead from your picture. That explains it. To many drugs

That’s exactly how a DU fig would post. You post pro Trump stuff but your true colors come out over Israel and unions.

Read their own salary figures in their latest release ...they make obscene money...you are dead wrong....and that doesn't even include some container royalties.
I will include a shortcut for you...Scroll to page 19 and weep.

I was very specific that I was repeating what Larry Kudlow had just said on FBN.

I just found where you’re getting this number from. That’s how much they make on the west coast. Those ports are still open. Those longshoremen are part of a different Union.
You didn't find where I "got that number from."
I "got that number from" ...

I don't have a bottom level job. I made 158k last year working 36 hours a week. You think we are gonna sit around when pencil pushing CEOs are giving themselves million dollar bonuses and taking away raises for the people who actually run the hospital.
John Barron..I was a Nurse, started out making 50k a year...looked around and said who is using my degree to make more money...I now sell Medical IT applications/capital and make 500k a year...I used my company's benefits to get a Masters in HC Administration at no cost to me...I could care less that the CEO of my company makes insane money cause I plan on being in his job one day...
Look around, find a path....and quit bitching.

They make about $30/hr

Here's the full 80 page Master Contract that doesn't exist.
The previous link was the 8 page memorandum, this is the whole thing.
Some interesting notes:
The straight time wage is ONLY for work between 8am-noon and 1pm-5pm, Monday through Friday. Any hours worked outside of that are paid at a higher differential.
Container Royalties - a royalty fee per ton processed that is paid out to workers. According to the longshoreman reddit page, they don't talk about this though because of the "public perception."

I don’t care what my CEO makes either, but the better the company does, the better he is doing and ultimately I am. I don’t care to have his job one day though. Don’t need that stress or headaches in my life. I show up do my job, live decently comfortably, and pay my bills.
If the government stopped taking half my money, I’d be doing even better. Maybe that’s the problem.

I am not bitching. I am very happy with my life. I worked 1 year as a ICU Nurse out of school making 60k then started travel Nursing making 120k plus since I was 24 years old. I am almost 40 and could retire tomorrow. Working 36 hours a week feels like part time. That does not mean you let people take advantage of you. That's why we did something about it and unionized. The CEO resigned, got a divorce a year later and left the state. He was a greedy POS. I have no problem with CEOs making money. When you take away a $3.00/hr raise claiming the hospital made no profit and it turns out you lied and gave yourself a million dollar bonus you are a greedy POS
