Perhaps the descendants of those people are the heirs. And many of them do reside within the borders of Israel, no doubt. But the nation State of Israel is controlled by a secular and warmongering government. Mossad is a wholly evil entity, akin and in symbiosis with the US's see eye A.

Between 80-90 percent of the Jewish population on the planet here in 2025 are secular/non-practicing. Orthodox Judaism is a small minority within that community. The overwhelming majority see it as an ethnicity and not a religion.

Cool, but what is considered "hate" by the Israel first crowd is not actual Biblical hatred. Also hatred in of itself is not a sin. I can hate my sin. I can hate those who hate God. The made up platitudes of people dont represent the actual word of God.

I agree with this command. Who was the covenant with though? That verse did not speak of the new covenant being with the whole world. All are welcome to be grafted into israel and into the covenant, is what I’m getting at.

European Jews were not the Israelites in the Bible. There is very little to no connection to modern day Israel and Biblical Judea. Different people different land area different everything.

Of course not, the Israelites and the Judeans died more than twenty centuries ago. European Jews are just their descendants.

"Different everything" other than the vast majority of their genetic heritage, right?

Here is my theory. Certain people are suffering major cognitive dissonance, and this "theory" is their attempt to resolve that dissonance.

For whatever reason, they hate modern Jews with a deep passion, but they just cannot bring themselves to hate the heroes from the stories in their mythology. So they must convince themselves that their ancient heroes are NOT the same people that they hate today.

Voila! They reach out and embrace the crazy theory that modern Jews are instead descended from the Khazar people of the Pontic steppe.
