Exactly... they act like it's Trump's personal space, heck, he's likely not going to even get to use the thing.

The liberals have to find something to cry about, it’s who they are.

STFU, this is less than a mile from the white house

Holds 1,000 people, what a shithole. Trump wants a taxpayer funded ballroom so he can name it after himself.

YES. It's actively used, the same people stealing your tax money get married in the thing.

Same as any other government building.

We do not need an effin ballroom, it's a vanity project.

What, exactly are these hypocrisies you speak of? It wouldn't be the hypocricy of speaking on things like an expert even though you know nothing about the subject would it?

Can anyone actually justify spending billions on such a ghastly looking project?

It's not what you see above ground. It's about the 5 or 6 floors below ground. Trump even talked about it when he was giving the tour on Fox yesterday. There is a lot more to this project than a ballroom.

What a remarkably short-sighted, retarded take.

Your people are violent.

Sadly, their proclivities must be taken into account.

So then why do they have state dinners in tents that cost a million dollars per event? If that building is so perfect for these events, then why would they continue having these tent parties? I guess just for the hell of it?

When our debt levels are what they are, it’s imperative to be strategic on spending. It becomes about necessities. The ballroom is not a necessity

And besides, how do we, in Louisiana benefit?

No more or less than SC benefits.

Not every spending is to benefit one of 50 states.
