Why does it matter what law or reference to the Constitution the USSC uses? These people are ILLEGAL. Meaning they are citizens of a DIFFERENT country.
By the liberals logic, then why don’t citizens of other countries have to abide by the United States Constitution and laws?

So we have to inform lawbreakers that they are in fact lawbreakers and serve them timely notice before they are prosecuted as lawbreakers. Thieves and murderers have to be looking to get in on this action.
You understand that this has always been the case for thieves and murderers, right?

This may be dumber than whatever it was I commented on that you posted yesterday.
It’s ok that you are ignorant of the significance of “irreparable injury” in the context of injunctions of this kind. But you will never understand what is going on if you continue to listen to your cultish echo-chamber media posters. The law is not random. The confusion is between your ears.

Time for Congress to get off their arse, do their jobs, and chance our immigration laws All of this administrations difficulty in enforcing their immigration agenda is downstream of really really shitty laws made by previous legislatures. Republicans had a mandate, use it and change the laws
Time for the people to make them fear us.

Wrong.
And frankly, it’s a weak minded cop out. Stop defending our do nothing legislators. They’ve passed the fewest bills in the first 100 days of any administration in post WW2 history. They are wasting the electoral mandate they were handed

Only if you mean through voting them out

quote:Literally what impeachment is for. Congress can, and should have at a minimum impeached Mayorkas. Biden should have been on the block too, as head of the executive branch. They were abetting and facilitating illegal entry. That’s clearly impeachable.
What’s stopping them from opening the floodgates at the border now knowing that we can’t possibly process the amount of people that want in?
It’s a clear example of the consequences of letting the executive branch run wild. Unfortunately letting the current executive run wild in the other direction isn’t a solution. As too common congress needs to act. And to get congress to act we-the voters-need to start acting by not re-electing the same do-nothings.

Sure.... that's a logical plan, give the terrorist immigrants a notice that they are scheduled for removal!!
That's the most ridiculous and absolutely stupid thing to do! This is how folks think that are so far removed from real life they have absolutely no perspective of the real world!
THIS is a progressive mind worm way of thinking.

Hard to elect better candidates when they get outspent and sabotaged by people like Turtle.

Suspend habeous corpus, remove them by force. Mass push across all states. Take the gloves off. It’s only when it’s a last resort but it’s becoming clear it must be done.

So, you're in agreement that these illegal aliens can be held in prisons indefinitely until their trials, correct?

Taken to its logical absurd conclusion, we could not really stop anyone at the border. As soon as they set foot on US soil, they are guaranteed a hearing.
It’s the dumbest fricking thing liberals have ever gotten behind after homosexuals marrying and men being women.

That's why I started a few threads on this. The idiots don't seem to get it and how much of a national security issue SCOTUS just created.
