Scott Bessemer has said several times that they aren’t seeing increases on the consumers. They are seeing manufacturers eating the cost of the tariffs

The players salaries are tied to the way the franchise is ran because of the salary cap. If there were no salary cap, then you’d see guaranteed contracts. But you can’t pay a player a fully guaranteed salary when he may not be on your roster while his salary keeps you from obtaining other players
