If they were "really good" at their job they'd be lawyers, not law professors! (Yawn)

Has anyone actually sued to get this in the Supreme Court? Let's just settle the Constitutionality of it once and for all.

That's about the same number of people who believe Sandy Hook was staged.

Their letter conveniently forgets to cite that the Bush administration's deferred action after Katrina was for students legally in the US previous.

Everything they cite is not similar in this case because their examples all involved people who were in the country legally before hand.

This is nothing more than liberal law professors stretching the law.

Their only claim is prosecutorial discretion. IOW their case is being made on the basis of a President refusing to enforce the law.

Which would be an argument if he didn't grant 'privileges' to these illegals.

Does it even address the privileges granted?

(You know the part that is actually unconstitutional?)

The Trump bootlickers say anything. It's amusing, actually. Keep going. I'd like to read more legal opinions from y'all.

I notice you dutifully ignore how pathetically insignificant 105 is.

You thought that number sounded compelling.

Turns out, it's basically nobody.

He probably wouldn't understand what he was reading until he got it parsed from DU.

In February Trump was Hitler and has no authority over the borders. Now the President can do whatever he wants with immigration.

You people.
I've never said legally, that Trump had or didn't have the authority to limit immigration. I've only questioned whether politically if it was the right call. As it seems to be a rather unpopular move. As evidenced by the amount of pearl clutching done by Democrats and even members of the Republican party.

Literally making up laws out of whole cloth is "prosecutorial discretion"?

So, under the "analysis" of these far left whackjobs, a President can instruct his cabinet departments to not enforce any law he doesn't like and that is considered "prosecutorial discretion"?

So, if Trump can't get his Tax legislation through, he can just sign an Executive Order directing the IRS to not make corporations pay more than 15% and telling the IRS to not enforce nor require anyone to file an AMT return or an Estate tax return, and that would be justified under the Executive Branch's "prosecutorial discretion"?

Then why would the President need to go to Congress and NEGOTIATE to get any law passed. He can just issue EOs out of his a$$ and say F*CK YOU to any Congress who doesn't do exactly as he instructs them to do.

You have to be one seriously f*cked-in-the-head HACK to even begin to think that these "professors" aren't complete f*cking left-wing NUTJOBS.

Prosecutorial discretion is right there in the first paragraph of the letter you posted. Don't blame us that you don't comprehend what that means.

So you think 105 law professors know more about the law than Trump?

The only difference between 1 sheep and 105 sheep is that 105 sheep make more noise and spread more shite.
