Conservatives used to call what your inferring with the above as "judicial activism." Basing judicial opinions on what you want to be true personally, instead of what existing law says... I guess we call it Trumpism now. What Trump wants the law to be, is what his followers find a way to convince themselves it is.

The pertinent question for them should then be, is unilateral elimination of DACA by the Executive Branch Constitutional.

the law as written by congress is clear. If anything, you have your analysis completely backwards. The EO authorizing privileges is contrary to the written law.
