Don't think they thought that through

Ooooo. 105. That seems like a lot.

Checks

Total number of law professors in the nation.

Approximately 8200.

Nevermind.

The amount of gymnastics these liberal con law scholars do to stretch the Constitution into whatever they want has to pull a muscle.

Obama was a law professor just to let you know what their opinions are worth.

Their only claim is prosecutorial discretion.

IOW their case is being made on the basis of a President refusing to enforce the law.

So what is the basis for allowing illegals to stay here indefinitely?

I think it's pretty clear, that the President is given fairly wide latitude on who he allows and doesn't allow into the country.

Which would be an argument if he didn't grant 'privileges' to these illegals.

If DACA -- which was made by executive order -- is Constitutional... so is the executive order to rescind it.

Logic 101.

I'll go with Turley's and Dershowitz's opinions. You do know who they are don't you?

Oh yeah, they say Obama's EO was unconstitutional in purpose.

Based upon prosecutorial discretion. Do you realize why that is an important distinction?

It absolutely destroys the point you think you are making. This thread is sad. You should feel bad.

In February Trump was Hitler and has no authority over the borders. Now the President can do whatever he wants with immigration.

You people.

And to repeat.

Woo Hoo. 105 law professors.

There are about 8200 in the nation.

Soooooo. They managed to get 1.2% of the nation's lawyers.

Well holy shite. I'm completely sold now.

Summary for those that don't want to read:

Constitution=feels.

Some of my law professors were the most wacked out kooks I've ever met.
