I keep seeing this but have you been inside a high school lately? My son is a junior and 1 in 4 of the kids in his high school aren’t LGBTQ. I doubt those are the stats for any high school in my area or many in Baton Rouge. It’s definitely not true for private schools in that area and almost certainly not the majority black schools there either.
So where does this stat come from?
