Was this the raid that had 10s of illegals scurrying like rats on camera at a car wash?

Yeah, this "citizen" should have been charged for knowingly employing illegals.

Did he resist arrest? When the police are in the wrong, and they sometimes are, you are far better off arguing your point at a later date

Now, tell the whole story about how he was acting and treating the agents when they had to tackle him..

He hired illegal immigrants and then when ICE came to detain some of them with criminal records, he charged at the agents.

This claim will be laughed out of court

Was he charged with that? I didn’t see that in the article. The article since he was released. Maybe it’s somewhere else.

If he talked back or protested, I’m assuming yes. The better question would be was he charged with that. All the article says is that he was released.

He has to get past the Qualified Immunity on this case.

If all of this is true and correct, then he’s going to make bank. And rightfully so.

BUT!

The MSM is literally biased and tells untruths.

Let’s look at the reportage so far.
“Shouhed told KTLA he stepped outside to speak with the agents, offering proof that his employees were legally authorized to work,”
And.
“They grabbed one of my guys, and I told them, hold on, some of these people have papers, they have the documentation here.”
Statement #1: my guys are legal. This means 100% legal.
Statement #2: some of theses people have papers. This means less than half are legal.

How can a “professional journalist “ report such inaccurate garbage?

The article has 11 paragraphs. The first 9 are pro U.S. citizen that employs illegal aliens, and anti ICE.

Then paragraph 10 says, “The Department of Homeland Security said in a statement that the operation targeted five undocumented immigrants, and that Shouhed, a U.S. citizen, was arrested for allegedly assaulting and impeding a federal officer.”

The last paragraph is neutral.

Therefore we have a 9-1-1 bias built in!!!!!!!

I’m going to withhold judgement and outrage until actual facts and evidence becomes available.

But history suggests that the 10th paragraph will be the only accurate part of this reporting.

He got fricked. I’d like to seee him be compensated but this is the reality of law enforcement… mistakes happen especially in tense, emotional situations. But they have a job and they see their for a legitimate reason.

I'm a citizen. I'm pretty sure I'm not allowed to do this. And it may well result in broken ribs if I do.

I put up a video. It does seem to show the first assault, but not by the citizen.

Do you know if he was charged with assault and impeding a federal officer? The article says he was released. He could have been charged and released. Or they could’ve scratched the charges and released him. I honestly don’t know.
