Few notes....

He was deported several times, nice reporting. For what? You damn near have to murder someone to be deported, what the heck was this guy doing,,,several times?

Second, did you see this home, it is in the middle of nowhere, you are 73 home with you wife and no one else in the middle of nowhere and some hombre shows up, you gonna invite him in for coffee?

Third, Im sure there was some dialogue between the two, even if he does not speak english, a man with a gun in his hand, while you are on his property is pretty much the international language of RUUUNNN, seems hombre did not get the drift.

Possibly. But if there were a statute on the books absolving someone from blame for killing someone to keep them from trespassing, it wouldn’t matter how liberal the judge is. The worst public defender in the universe would have had him out of jail within hours.

Normally I would agree but after the whole Kyle Rittenhouse murder charges all the way to trial and I can believe almost anything. We all know Kyle should have never served a day in jail but it made it all the way to a jury's decision.

There isn't a Jury in border Arizona that's going to convict this guy.

the border area really has turned into a free fire zone as a result of the lack of control by the federal government. Put a 73 year old in the middle of that , with strangers crossing by his house in the middle of a remote ranch and sooner or later he will perceive a threat greater than he can control.

In the 1991 period, I was deer hunting on a ranch south of cotulla, texas when a group of 4 illegals come over the hill , one carrying a rabbit and one with a revolver. My response was to get out of the blind with rifle in clear site and stand behind a mesquite while they passed. 3 possibilities were likely before I exited
1. they would just walk on by
2. they would shoot at a presumed unoccupied blind
3. they would shoot at a presumed occupied blind

Was I threatened or threatening

The old guy in Arizona has to deal with that 7 days a week, every day of the year.

I tried telling the gun tards on here, that they better read up on the gun laws. You cant just shoot people because they walk on your property.

They think castle doctrine means they can just shoot anyone on their property.

In this case the aggressor made an audible death threat to the victim. The victim, being elderly and frail, knew that this aggressive criminal posed a threat to him, his wife, and the public at large.

The criminal then aggressed the victim who, out of reasonable and articulable fear for his life and the life of others, put an end to the hispanic panic.

Good shoot.

Sounds like it applies to all the open shoplifting.

Not guilty. The gov't has been allowing for this to happen for yrs. People are fed up and this is exactly what happens when NORMAL people are pushed.

Gracias.

I also tell my wife that if she ever has the good fortune to put down an oxygen thief, all she needs to tell our attorney is "he said he had a pistol in his pocket and that he was gonna rape me and kill me, but not in that order."

No need to see the weapon or for one to even exist. The threat is real and deliverable, and there is only one side to the story.

Yep, the Martha's Vineyard left here had a pretty positive view of illegals until a few of them messed up their morning coffee break.

I'm taking a guess that as the facts come out this will be a legal shoot - I just don't see a guy pulling the trigger like that without a threat. No one lives in the US without being familiar with people simply walking across your property. There must have been a threat here.

Now put his body on a cross and let the vulchers eat him like the Romans did and it will be a sign to stay away.

These illegal aliens are now demanding homes, are trashing hotel rooms in expensive Times Square hotels and are throwing away food provided them..

Need to get their sorry asses back to the shite holes they can from.

Don’t you think someone crossing illegally into the country, especially this person who has a history of deportations, would have enough common sense to stay off someone’s property?

Doesn't mean you can just shoot the person
