So, the deceased lived 15 miles from where he was killed?

You obviously believe this to have some deeper meaning. Please, share with the class.

Yeah, democrats support illegals and also say Voter ID is racist. All the while Mexico has voter ID.

Its not that damn hard to figure out.

Thank goodness he didn’t just shoot him then, right? I mean he was actually protecting his property and his family, right? What do you think the odds are that this grandpa threw on a ghillie suit and went hunting Mexicans?

Do you not have a voter registration card? I do. I do not know anyone who does not.

Of course, but don't you think killing a man for it is a little extreme unless there is some threat to your life?

Have you always been a little bitch or are you just one on this message board?

It is not surprising that you do not know many people.

It seems common sense is hard to find these days on the Poli board

Says the poster that can't comprehend the difference between a teenager retrieving a ball from his front yard in the burbs from a stranger from a foreign land that appears on private property whose intent is unknown.

Question regarding your ideas on common sense:
Say you're on your porch having a Shirley Temple and having your hair braided by your wife's boyfriend. A man that you don't know and that doesn't speak or understand English approaches your property from the street. How close to your front door do you let him get before you ask your wife's boyfriend to use force to stop him?

This rancher doesn't live in a 3br 2ba ranch style house on a fricking cul-de-sac. The open range on the border is dangerous. Made more so by the current invasion going on down there. Tell me you live in town, without telling me you live in town.

protestants are just former Catholics who decided to pick and choose what beliefs to follow

I'm afraid you're mistaken. Protestants are merely people who protest the church being ruled by the man in the funny hat in Rome when Jesus is the head of the church. God needs no vicar on earth. Also, maybe I could be a catholic if I didn't have to share the church with unrepentant, apostatic blasphemers like Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi. Then again... I probably wouldn't because I'm not a fan of the robes and collars of the priests, nor am I a fan of their sexual proclivities for little boys.

Any law man or government official coming on my land after that would be getting the same send-off. Trust is dead.

You seem to be arguing that the laws of the State of Arizona should make this distinction.

They do not. Trespass is trespass.

Your anger toward the prior poster is misplaced. Direct it at the Arizona legislature.

can guarantee that this isnt accurate. That means if my 81 year old neighbor cuts through my lawn on his morning walk, I can just shoot him? Gonna need to see a link to a statute.
