No. No one wants this. If we had been enforcing the law from the get go we would have avoided these tragic situations. Thanks previous administrations.

Toddy, instead of virtue signaling on the internet...

...you could stop being as useless as tits on your boy toy and help the illegal pack at the very least.

It's how you can make up for not helping the over two million pack that your God Obama deported.

Lazy effer.

Good God, Toddy. Your link throws out some pretty paltry tax revenue amounts. Are you arguing that 50% of illegals filing income returns for a measly few billion are GOOD numbers??? No wonder this country is fricked sideways w/ debt.

At least I made you answer the question instead of you just pretending to do so.

Well...considering situations such as this make up <1% of cases...

Would you like to see all the criminal illegals that you’re vouching got plastered all over the screen?

You know one way not to get ripped from your family? Not to go to another country illegally.

There are tons of people who gamble and play the lottery of life...and then bitch and moan when they get caught cheating.

America isn't for everyone.

It isn't the world's dumping ground...it was founded as the World's exceptionalism. People who circumvent the vetting process hurt the chances of the best and the brightest getting into the country...who will follow the laws and pay taxes.

A) He isn’t even eligible for DACA under Obama (have to be under 31 on June 15, 2012, which he wasn’t)

B) If he is married to a US citizen with no arrest and has been here that long he should have no problem getting a marriage visa and a waiver of illegal presence allowing him to get a green card and citizenship

C) He was obviously put into proceedings and ordered removed at some point, why didn’t his lawyer present a defense, and what got him in to proceedings in the first place? I saw someone say he was ordered removed in 2009, so for at least 10 years he knew he had a problem and he did nothing to fix it? This guy deserves it out of pure laziness.

This story is bullshite propaganda and hurts the cause more than anything.

To all asking how he paid taxes, he likely was under an order of supervision which gave him the ability to get a work card, which gives him legal status to work and requires him to pay taxes. No what he did before 2009 was probably use a fake social.

Yes (but I'm not a rep). Don't like the law? Change it.

A single illegal entry is 100% not a felony, in fact it’s not even criminal, it’s purely administrative.

Jorge Garcia had been facing an order of removal from immigration courts since 2009, but under the previous administration, he had been given stays of removal.

He knew he was breaking the law and the Obama Administration ignored the law.

It sucks that a family was torn apart. At this point, it shouldn't have been a surprise that this day would come.
