He should really be angry with those who brought him here. Plus, he's been in line for deportation for 9 years. Nine years. He should have gotten his affairs in order. Make a plan to move home with his family.

No dog in this fight, but how is this relevant to the OP's post? There are estimated to be 10+ million illegal immigrants in America and you'll be hard pressed find any demographic that doesn't break the law or even commit homicides.
To put it into perspective, even if illegal immigrants were as non-violent as say the population of Plano, TX then they would still commit 140 homicides and 3,220 rapes a year.
And if they were as violent as say the mostly native-born US citizen population of NOLA then there would be 4,100 homicides committed by illegals each and every year.

He can't become legal if he is here illegally regardless of his parents being the perpetrators.
He had plenty of time to make things right years ago and did not do so.
The only blame is himself for failing to protect his family. I have sympathy for their family, but he is to blame for this mess. Had he done the right thing and gone through the process of citizenship he wouldn't be on a plane to nowhere right now.

Stay on point. This guy is "ripped" from his family on MLK day. Good. People cannot pick and choose which laws they follow, and which ones they do not. For example, of I decided not to pay taxes for 10 years....I am going to jail. Period. I am just impressed that some governmental agency was working on MLK day.
As far as the rest of the arguments/opinions.....different discussion for a different day.
