Doubt she looks like that now....and I suspect he would condemn it, just like he criticizes the US. The only difference is that the Iranians aren't sensitive to being called barbaric whereas Americans are very sensitive to the criticism.......because after all, we are so virtuous in all of our actions.

I'd imagine the Pope would condemn something like this, as would most people regardless of their religion. Nobody should face execution over what they believe or don't believe. Seems like something we could all agree on.
