We don’t need to bother with the Eastern Hemisphere it brings nothing but frustration, bloodshed, and pain.

Nepal, just like sherpas.
Between these two groups, Nepali men are some of the baddest MFers on the planet.

UK, France and Germany are at the bottom of the list. They are where we were before Trump got in office.
Argentina, Russia for sure. Some of the eastern block countries and possibly Japan. Lots of the world is iffy, like India and Australia.

last one toss up between UK and Italy.
UK is out. We can't count on a nation of Islam as a strategic partner and ally.

Everybody underestimates the Turks. Erdogan's fake coup/military purge when he first took power made him look like a hardline Islamist but he's been fairly moderate since. He's a dealmaker that Trump can do business with.

Hungary deserves an honorable mention

I mean...we fought against the UK, twice. Then they were our Allies
The countries of Europe have fought against and with each other so much it's dizzying
Russia was an ally until they weren't. Why do people expect history and alliances and borders to stay static?2
In this instance, the leader of the country in question has a goal of re-establishing the entity (USSR) that we fought for nearly 50 years to defeat. If England were to decide they wanted to go back to a pure monarchy, and re-establish the British Empire of...let's say the 1890's. While that wouldn't be a direct threat to us, we still probably wouldn't be in favor of that.
For reference sake...here is the British Empire as of 1897. I would be 100% against them trying to return to that.
And here is a map of the Soviet Union.
We shouldn't be in support of a return to that, either.
Let me be clear...I am absolutely not "Pro Ukrainian". My day to day life is not impacted by whether they exist or not. I am "Anti-Soviet Union". I think Russia is fine as just Russia, and the other countries existing on their own as non-communist countries is in our best interest.
I don't care for Putin or Zelensky. I don't trust either of them. I do believe that neither is our friend...and our interest should be paramount. In this case, reducing the number of world-wide Super Powers is better for us.

Russia at 2 is a surprise but I guess their nuclear arsenal keeps them up there
Nukes aside, their military is shite. Ground to a near standstill against tiny Ukraine and their Navy is, and always has been, a joke. I'm going to have to go with Japan, Poland, Singapore, Israel, Turkey, and India.

In a theoretical China Fight:
Having Russia on or side, or way more likely as a neutral would be the most important factor.
After Russia, the UK is next most important due to the inter-connectivity with our forces.
Third is Japan, Due to their positioning and the inter-training with our forces they would be the key near nation.
South Korea is fourth. They will be tied up with North Korea.
India 5th, they are more important from an economic and basing, but they can keep China occupied on the land side.
Then France over Italy due to the nukes, but Italy would be 7th. Australia 8th, Singapore 9th Israel 10th.

Politically reliable and has a sweet position on the Northern European Plain if we were to try to defend Europe from Russia.

Plus, they've kicked it into overdrive on arming up. They were already starting to heavily invest in weapons and weapons industries before the Russia/Ukraine war started.

And after their dismal performance against the Ukraine do you still think that's a realistic concern?
