Now look into the current cheap money (low interest) that these Pakistani, Indians, etc. get to build a motel and gas station on every corner. And the loop hole of passing aka selling to a relative when the grace period is up to continue the grift.

I work for a major bank as a mortgage loan officer for the last 21yrs. Illegals can’t get any type of home loan. You have to have a resident allied card to satisfy the requirements. This is such a bullshite article
