whomever posted it the other day had it right:

Democrats use money to get power
Republicans use power to get money

both sides seem perfectly content with that arrangement

Only dumbasses believe otherwise. And people who worship the ground Trump walks on.

Trump endorsed several of those losers

We cannot hate these RINOs enough.

Lindsey Graham in SC ... he's an embarrassment. He is absolutely despicable.

Ah, I found it. June 17th last summer.

He was upset about people implying that Trump was not following the War Powers Act.

Now I understand how it relates to Massie and Rand Paul.

Trump endorses some of the biggest RINOs, and actively campaigns against some of the most conservative. I don't get it.

Yeah. He had some “issues”.

There is a little gang of ones just like him still though. Very entertaining lot

I at least understand Collins. She's about as conservative as we can hope for from Maine.

The rest make absolutely no sense. None of those people should have been elected more than once.

Bill Cassidy is on the list. Why am I not surprised?

Without looking I knew our two would be on that list. They are useless unless there is some ribbon cutting down here that they can attend.

There’s a description of the scoring here.

Thanks for the link, but as I suspected, it doesn't help much.

It's basically, "How many times did this member vote the way our organization thought they should?" And that's fine as far as that goes, but some of the line items say things like, "Defend gun rights," without an actual vote or bill listed, so it could mean anything.

Plus, you happened to send me the page for Thomas Massie, whom I doubt was beaten by many lawmakers on that same scoring system...I think out of 8 pages of votes listed he only deviated from the recommended vote twice.

And this board generally hates that guy.

So I'm not sure how instructive the scoring is.

He views it all as transactional. Art of the Deal. If you give him something he wants, he doesn't give a shite what you do otherwise.

It has the actual votes at the bottom that they used. So it’s not a Gordian Knot.

My statement about people worshipping the ground Trump walks on was somehow taken as a shot at Trump. It was not. I have voted for him 5 times now (voted Cruz in the 16 primary). I am on board with almost everything that he’s done. What is bothers me is people claiming that Massie is some kind of traitor to the right he’s consistently one of the most conservative members in the entirety of Congress and his voting record proves it.
