The problem is that MAGA people confuse MAGA with being conservative. Trump is not conservative in the strictest sense of the word.

Like I said, the site has not been updated recently.
I think Mark Levin was the person who created it. I could be wrong about that.
At that time, Massie scored 96% and Paul scored 93%.

Such scores usually have a PAC associated. Take Conservative Review, if you don't use the Ryun brothers campaign service mini empire get bad grades.
