Truck Tire Recommendations

Need a new set of tires size 265/70r17. I have had several problems with my Goodyear Wranglers so I am looking to switch to something else. I don't want All-Terrains. I have looked into BFG Rugged Trails and Bridgestone Duelers. I like the way they look and they have good reviews. Any other recommendations or comments on the two mentioned? TIA.

I have Goodyear on the Wrangler, not sure about the truck. They weren't near 1K$ for them though. It's storming out so I won't be able to check till much later.

Cooper LTZs have great reviews. Not bad on price either.

I thought the duelers were a/ts. Anyway there was a huge thread about two weeks ago that might help

Duelers and Rugged trails are both AT's I thought, just not very aggressive ones.
Firestone Destination LT is another you might look at

More of an all-terrain type tire I think.
Pretty sure it's marketed as a contractor tire, which is a VERY good class of tire IMO (and better than a mud tire for 95% of the people who have mud tires including myself).

Great tires but much more aggressive than ATs and very heavy. I think they are actually a snow tire. But work great for all terrain situations

frick NO!
I have a set and those suckers make all kinds of road noise. They are not cupped or anything and Firestone would not make it good.

While this is going on guess I will ask. Getting a new truck so dont want to drop all the $ on new tires for my current truck. Anyone have any 265 75 16s that are in decent shape they want to sell me?

Flea market?
That's an extremely common size. You should be able to find something.
