The professional history of Jeff Landry could make this quite a bizarre orgy of private interests.

Ole Charlie trying to take the heat off his arse about the snapper by bringing this to light right now. How convenient.

Anyone have any pictures of one of these 1200HP boats they "wouldn't have bought"?

Yeah, I was just coming to post that picture. It appears to be a Metal Shark 40 Fearless.

Wasn't there a bad arse wlf boat bought right after the deepwater incident to study tuna and other species based out of Venice?

Could that not be the boat they're talking about regularly parked at the marina?

The Metal shark is always at Venice marina right next to the launch. You're thinking of the 33' Freeman for research.

Open up this can of worms with BP money and a whole lot of folks will be under investigation, across all party lines, agencies, occupations, etc, etc. This shite runs deep.

You didn't really atodaso, you hinted and beat around the bush. If you would have just said in plain english "there are rumors of misappropriation of funds" you wouldn't have gone to jail and being that we live in Louisiana 99% of people would have been like "eh, makes sense."

There is also one parked at the facility on Grand Isle with 4x300 hp. Just sitting there for as long as I can remember, never seen it move.

I've seen it a few times when going to/from the kayak launch back there. Pretty sure there's a Metal Shark and 2 or 3 other high $$$ boats that I've never seen moved.
