His story was posted here a couple or three years ago.
If I remember correctly they were pig hunting and one of the party was shooting at movement without regard to what was behind said movement and hit T4.
He is good buddies with another poster but I can’t remember for sure. Maybe No Colors?

I’ve shot 2 in the neck. Big bucks 200 pounds each. Both dropped where they were shot. 30-06.

I went back and looked for the old thread. It was Feb., '15 when T4 posted. The accident happened in January. He had multiple posts in the thread and has posted a few pics, but they're gone now. It was a pretty gruesome wound, but he was "lucky" in the respect that he didn't get killed.
The text below is cut and pasted from one of his posts. It give a basic explanation of how the accident occurred. He basically puts the blame on himself, but the other guy should never have shot without clearly identifying his target. Especially since at least two other hunters were known to be nearby.
"We were done hunting and driving out. We had taken off our orange. We saw some hogs and bailed out chasing them. Some bad decisions on my part put me parallel with him and I had on a black shirt. He was shooting at hogs in between us and when they got even with me he mistook me for one of them through some thick brush. All happened in about 45 seconds. More mistakes on my side than his."
