What would you have him do? Just ignore it? If someone brought it to his attention, it's his job to follow up on it.
Man, wtf is wrong with people? So LDWF is a corrupt organization who can't do their job correctly, and now when they're trying to do their job they shouldnt??? I'm confused to say the least.
Social media and online forums are one of the biggest areas responsible for identifying game violations. I, for one, am glad to have them actively seeking out violators. If they don't protect the resources, I know the general public won't.

bullshite...uou think hes worried about the trigger fish? Give me a fricking break. Hes worried about income thru fines...THATS IT. That's all they worry about and that's all that drives them every day in their pursuit of "justice"
It's like a cop sitting in hiding giving speeding tickets on interstate...IT DOES NOTHING. Hell, one could argue it makes interstate more dangerous. It's only a way to take funds and move them to their divisions.there is no change in traffic otherwise, making getting paid to sit roadside and extract fines is pointless.

Even if that's what you believe (let's ignore the actual source of their funding, which has nothing to do with violations), you didn't answer my first question - what exactly are they supposed to do when someone reports a violation to them? Ignore it? Willfully disregard their responsibility?
If that was a 170" whitetail someone poached at night, would it be OK then for him to do his job?
