A4 Box overlooking measly food plot that failed to live up to my expectations

.308 & sausage biscuit

Rough season here on the farm, lots of time over target in 80 degree Christmas weather, probably last chance today to get it done.

Funny to me how everyone craps on the 6.5 cm, and the Grendel gets nothing but love

Hopefully for your sake she moves less than mine. I wish I was kidding when I say earlier this year she stood up and poked her head out the stand because a spike walked under the stand

I wish I could say she was much better, but she ain’t

I’m out of tags in area 4 so it’s all on her. But I cringe when she makes lots of noise

Really hoping for some pork, but a little more venison wouldn't hurt. Sitting in a tree stand on a pipeline levee watching the Mac Daddy of raccoons nibble on corn I scattered an hour ago. Damn, I just love being out here. Good luck gents

Turned loose about 30 minutes ago and have a race going in a thick cutover. It’s a cold ride on the 4 wheeler this morning.

SIL just killed a spike still hunting at our other place in Lincoln Parish. We don’t usually shoot spikes, abut she gets a pass.
