Why doesn't a company just start manufacturing cans and SBRs and all of that, and then just start selling them with impunity to anyone who wants them? No registration. No background checks. No stamp. No tax. No ID. No records.

Then who is going to arrest him? Trump's ATF? Trump's FBI?

He would be a national hero and celebrity overnight.

If I remember correctly from 8th grade civics class, the Executive Branch doesn't make laws. It enforces the laws. Or, conversely, it chooses not to enforce laws that it feels are unjust or unconstitutional.

I could very easily be missing something here.

The courts won’t do shite. SCOTUS refuses to hear AWB cases, and by the time this winds its way through the system the Dems will have raised the tax to $20k anyway.
