If this passes, does the bill have a timeline for the $0 tax to be implemented? I was going get a new can in 2 weeks, but may hold off to save a few bucks.

That’s exactly what they’re trying to do. Because if it’s 0, there’s a good chance a lawsuit will be brought and their precious NFA will be in jeopardy regarding suppressors and shorts.
I’d doubt even scotus will rule in favor of this though, seeing the hoops they jumped through to clear the ACA
