1 says no way a dog could be in there with that much water. A few minutes, as they posture to leave.....dog lets out some barks.
Now they are really confused. To compound it, the tatted up members of animal control show up.....2 of em. Seem like good guys
They hear the dog...after much conversation I suggested they get a camera down one of the 3 lines present to locate the animal.
Thats where it is now....waiting on sewer dept to send a camera
