So he's not close enough for the pile of canned dog food to lure him in

That's what I meant. It didn't work. Well I'm all for helping out but it doesn't sound like there is anything I can do.

I could help get the storm drain off but it sounds like we wouldn't be going far

I can't believe it takes the drainage dept 6+ hours to show up.

Who has been out already

Animal control
3 Jeff Parish Deps

911 has been called
Drainage dept has been called.

Im guessing its not a priority?

No it's not. The guy is probably right who said they will just flush it.

Drainage guys probably don't work after 5. You might could talk to someone at the pump house?

Call: (504) 737-0152

Just called that number

answered after the 15th ring

Guy sounded like he just woke up told me he didn't have that number.

I explained the situation to him and he said and i quote "Sorry buddy , call 911" Which of course i just got thru telling him i did.

Pathetic

I just texted the lady i spoke to at about 5pm from the drainage dept. This evening i texted her the same video
told her that no one ever showed.

Yes its almost 1am i hope i woke her up

Do you have a number for your councilman or whatever they call it in JP? Maybe he can light a fire under somebody.

Or even a radio/TV station.

Calling the local cable station. That no way for a dog to die.

To Hell With PETA

I would go on a puppy and kitten killing rampage before I asked those scallywags for help.
