I assume that if someone wanted to buy the 2,000 one, you would respect their decision, and allow them to do what they want with their money,, or you wouldn't just assume that they didn't know anything about word docs, just cause they bought the high dollar one, right?

Probably. There are a lot of things in this life I don't understand or agree with, but understand we're all wired differently.

Jack Daniel, I would like to point out your hypocrity. If we take a closer look at your Sig image, we see single barrel Jack which runs ~$40-$45 a fifth. There are much better choices at that price point. You are buying a high priced whiskey for the name...

I always put a lot of research into anything I buy. Sometimes the more expensive products are worth the money, sometimes it's just marketing (cough cough, yeti.....). Most of the time, the cheapest option isn't the best option, but a lot of times, a mid-priced option might be the best product for your needs.

I have now realized I came to the wrong place with this thread because the outdoor board is made up of the exact people I am talking about, high maintenance, materialistic yuppy "outdoorsmen". I will leave in disappointment now

If he thinks this is bad, he should see golfers. They will pay a lot more for the same range finder just be cause it's the golf model.

while I know this is just a troll thread...

...this is true of the modern outdoorsman, especially on this board it seems

I've always loved the outdoors because of it's simplicity.
