Every time you post this I go to YTTV and don't get the link tree presented this way and never see a discount.
I'm not a dumb person but this makes me feel that way
When I go to Membership I see Base Plan and the cost. And all I can click is Cancel.
Sorry, man, I don't know what to tell you. If works for some and not for others. I don't know why.

Hopefully they give some kind of credit for however long they're without all the Disney channels.
The email I received said it would be $20, but they didn't say when it would happen.
Text from email:
We know how disruptive it is to lose channels you enjoy, which is why it’s our goal to bring Disney content back to YouTube TV. We’re committed to continuing to work with Disney to reach an agreement, but if their content is unavailable for an extended period of time, we’ll offer our subscribers a $20 credit.

I think I might cancel it altogether. Watching sports is the only reason I have it
I would too if that is the only thing I used it for.
My wife watches stuff on a lot of different channels. Plus I really like their DVR / VOD feature, and not having to have any extra equipment to use it.

They just offered me ~$90 / month discount! Prices keep going up and they keep losing channels. I’ll use StreamEast until they get their ?? together

Thanks for the insight. Worked for me.
Google should have done this automatically for all accounts.
We prefer the YouTube TV interface so we're keeping it for now along with Disney+ Unlimited Premium package for $45 so with the $10 discount we are paying $35 extra per month for TV stuff.
We have a toddler grandbaby so the some of the old Disney movies will come in handy for babysitting.

I've got ESPN thru the app but when I tried to watch football this weekend it wanted me to log in thru my TV provider, any ideas what the hell this means?

It's not working for me. I can't even find the Youtube TV app.

Cancelled YouTube on Friday.

No offer there for my account. All I get is the pause account option.

I went to Got to Membership -> Base Plan -> Cancel and saved nearly $90 a month.

Curious if it has to do with how long you've been a member

Only thing they offered me was $20 off next month which does me no good to watch football this month. I know it isn't entirely thier fault but I mainly have YTTV for ESPN's so I just as soon cancel and get the EPSN Unlimited bundle for $29.99 a month and cancel YTTV.
Very frustrating and getting burned out with all the TV providers drama lately..

Same here. In the app I go to settings > membership. The base plan shows up as active, but it does nothing when I tap.
I got the same thing but also a note at the top stating "Memberships are available to watch but not purchase on this device." when using my iPhone. Going to try it on my TV after work.

Pretty sure that is Disney’s goal here with these negotiations
