Lousisana "soul" food?
This is gonna be bad
ETA: gumbo looking thin as hell.
"Gumbo is a soup"
"Gumbo has been around about 75 years."
Jambalaya too much rice and yellow.
Chicken looks good, pork chop with dressing on top looks hood,
Yams and fried shrimp and fish standard fare.
They could have gone to much better places

I’m glad they enjoyed it but that gumbo looked weak. No viscosity to it at all like they skipped the roux altogether.

We've watched a bunch of their videos, they're entertaining. All the food in this one looks amazing.

They’re definitely a YouTube rabbit hole. Really entertaining. One of my favorite videos is where they get British high school students to try biscuits and gravy.

That was pretty entertaining. Gumbo could have been a lil thicker and the jamabalaya could have had more protein. That pork chop looked great, I'm going to have to try that.

I’ve never understood the baked beans for breakfast thing in England. I like baked beans but as a breakfast food makes no sense.

Other parts of Louisiana than New Orleans have better individual dishes than those at that restaruant. The gumbo soup and box jambalaya looked nasty

They were very confused when an American with a mild southern accent kept asking for recommendations on the best Indian restaurants.
Chicken Tikka Masala >>> anything in an English restaurant
