How much total credit card debt do you have right now?

A few thousand dollars. Not exactly sure, maybe 4-5 total. Most is at 0% and will be paid off within a few months. Anything that is not 0% is paid off monthly.

At first I was going to respond "WTF?".

Easy answer. Peanut weighs 8 lbs., and eats almost nothing. Jax weighs 104 and eats like a regular big dog. Tinka weighs 116 and eats like a velociraptor. We feed them Gentle Giant. Also, aboot $20 a month on Milk bones.

You loan credit card company money - for free?

Consider a charity who needs it plus Rex deduct instead?

I don't carry a balance, but I use my credit for every purchase that I can.

Probably pizza if that counts.

Any given time 2-3k between wife and I. But we've never carried a balance or been charged interest. Basically pay it off weekly/monthly in total.

Every transaction possible goes on our CC's. It's moronic to spend cash/debit when CC give you points and benefits.

I carry a chase sapphire reserve, she carries an Amex platinum.

Just our regular spending got us free business class roundtrip to South Africa last year for our honeymoon, and a year later we've accrued enough points to do it again if we wanted.

This is a perks card, not a "points" card.

I have it since i travel for work. No way in hell I can buy a south african business class trip with points off mine. Must have been your sapphire card.

yep, the sapphire gets us points, the amex gets us our perks. It's why we carry both

Between $3-5k every month, don't use cash.

Pay it off every month
