Driving down the turning lane.
Coming to a complete damn multi second stop to make a right turn when there’s nothing impeding said turn.
ETA
When you have to turn into a narrow driveway that can’t really fit two vehicles and you’re left with your arse hanging in traffic because the car coming out is looking at their phone instead of seeing that they can go.

Easy. People who remain in a closing lane to get ahead of cars, while everyone else is doing it the right way, and then try to merge in at the last second.

This one is annoying, but isn't the typical first complaint:
When there are 3 or more lanes on the interstate, some feel it's ok to ride in the middle lane going at or below the speed limit, because they once passed a dump truck a few miles back, and you have a lane to the left to go around.
Don't they realize when it's 3 lanes wide on the interstate,it's typically heavy traffic?

People that won't let you pass on the highway regardless of lane. I guess they think they're teaching you a lesson? Trying to race?
Don't understand it. Cruising at 80 about to pass a dude going 65 then he speeds up to 90-100 only to slow back down to 65 makes you catch him and does it all over again. fricked up and dangerous.

This reminds me of one that's kind of rare, but I just witnessed it the other morning.
I was behind two other cars. The first car going really slow on a road that you can't really pass on. Turn onto another road, that you can easily pass on, the second car goes to pass the first car immediately during the initial acceleration phase. It is stupid to pass someone like that, but that first car then started to speed up to make it difficult to pass. They hauled arse and it was probably about a half mile before the second car did finally pass. I was happy to see him defeat the jackass.
Again it's stupid to pass someone while you're both accelerating to speed on a new road, but it's a big time jackass move to try to control other drivers.
When I'm that second car, I hold back on the new road and hit a good speed to just blast past someone when passing, just to make sure some hall monitor type of driver can't pull a jackass move on me.
