I don’t even buy pants today that cost as much as them back in 1990. Only had one pair and wore them out !!!

We wore Girbaud at the Bayview in Ellik….they wore Z-Cavaricci across the parking lot at the Cotton Gin.

I think I had that shirt, but in a lighter shade of blue.

Gosh, I forgot how cool I was.

I used to get a pair of those glacier glasses whenever I went to the Benny’s car wash on plank Road back in the 70s and 80s. They were sweet with the leather sides and were really dark.
I did actually wear a pair skiing a few times and they were great. But then Benny’s on plank Road closed and the new place didn’t sell them anymore. Back then I think they cost about $1.89.

I remember a time when you couldn't be cool unless you had a hypercolor shirt

I have to disagree.

Big Dog shirts for the most part were tame.

Big Johnson on the other hand were flat out raunchy.

I was looking through my 8th grade year book, and in one of the random pictures they took of my classroom I saw that I was wearing a Big Johnson t-shirt.

Two thoughts came to mind when I saw myself in that shirt:
1. I can't believe that my mother actually let me go to school in that shirt.
2. I can't believe my 8th grade teachers allowed me to wear that shirt in their classroom.

Girbaud jeans were some of the queerest jeans they've ever peer pressured boys into wearing.

ETA... NVM I got Cavaricci confused with Girbaud.
