Not prison. But unemployment.
It amazes me how happy people are who do absolutely nothing. Like cane pole fishing for their supper and sitting on the front porch.

Jail/prison sucks.
All your autonomy is taken away and you are striped of your identity.
Plus the food is shtt.

Most issues are due to a breakdown of the 3 Cs (Communication , coordination, cooperation). Have a huddle with your team and appropriate stakeholders and iron it out.
The left hand has to know what the right hand is doing.

As someone who’s spent a little time behind bars, I can promise you, nothing that goes on outside of prison is worse than being in prison. It is absolutely terrible.

My dad is 85 years old and spends about 4 days out of 7 at doctor appointments. Hurts all the time and is miserable. I’d much rather be in prison if I was in his shoes….
