You have a right to privacy at a hotel. I would go to manager and tell him someone in their hotel is setting you up.
There is someone in the hotel in cahoots with the hooker. How else did they know how to contact you. The hotel will probably get their security involved and maybe get issue resolved without anyone knowing.
