My thoughts:
When a married, grown man buys a prostitute one of two things are happening:
A: His wife isn’t giving it up and men need it.
B. He’s a scumbag.
With a prostitute, it isn’t a scenario like a guy working with someone or something and an attraction developed over time and it happened. That’s called an affair.
A wife that isn’t giving it up should expect the man to look elsewhere at some point. That puts her partially at fault.
A dude that is getting it at home and buys it anyway is at fault.

The only logical thing.
Offer to meet her and pay. Kill her. I have a band saw, fire pit, and a koi pond. My dogs are fed that high end RAW dog food. My dogs would eat well for a few weeks. Koi pond softens, Fire pit incinerates, beer fridge has a freezer and I have a blend tec blender that could render her homogenous. Freeze it before she stinks and feed the dogs.
