Rocky and Carlos Macaroni and cheese with veal cutlets

My grandfather's favorite was the Rocky's Bruccilloni with macaroni and cheese and tons of red sauce but it wasn't always available so he'd frequently get the veal.

I did really enjoy both but if I had to pick one food to eat forever I'd pick shrimp.

My momma’s fried chicken with fried Irish taters, okra, and cornbread.

Sadly though my momma is dead and I can’t even eat okra now.
