Eric Fleishman, aka ‘Eric The Trainer’, famed celebrity trainer, unexpectedly died at the age of 53 on Thanksgiving, TMZ Sports has confirmed.

Fleishman passed Thursday morning at his home in Glendale, CA.

Eric served as a personal trainer to many big stars in TV, movies, and the music industry, working with everyone from Def Leppard, Journey, Fall Out Boy, and Nickelback to Kirstie Alley, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Ethan Suplee, and Jason Priestly, amongst many others.

Many of his celeb clients also counted Eric as a friend.

But, Fleishman didn’t only work with the famous and wealthy … he also trained the people who keep Los Angeles safe. Law enforcement.

Eric, over his 3+ decade career in fitness, also worked with LAPD, LA Sheriff’s Academy, California Highway Patrol and numerous SWAT teams across the county.

Fleishman originally got into the business after being inspired by fitness and health pioneer, Jack Lalanne.

During COVID lockdowns, Eric gathered his famous friends and held a benefit concert that raised thousands of dollars for the Feeding America charity.

Fleishman is survived by his wife Alysia and son Henry.

Rest in peace.

Not exactly a power line-up there, except maybe Def Leppard.

If he was responsible for transforming Ethan Suplee, he was a fricking miracle worker.

Only 700,000 people per year die from heart attacks. Chicken is going to need new hamsters if we're gonna do this for every one.

Eh, that's getting into the range of not so questionable. You start hearing of healthy people dropping dead starting in the late 40's. shite just happens at that age.

wrong. noone ever died unexpectedly before Covid. Everyone goes to the doctor once a month to get checkups for any potential problems that could come up these days.

It's funny how they're posting about every single random person who suddenly dies and aren't smart enough to realize that this person would have never ever ever warranted a new thread if they died before 2020 nor would it have been a news story.

The OP is naive and believes that everyone is dropping like flies but doesn't realize that people are just talking about it more when people drop like flies.

He was so distraught that he was tricked into mass psychosis by a poison vax that he killed himself to not live with the shame

They should just post the year over year increase in all caused deaths in the 18-49 year old age demographic reported by the life insurance companies and be done with it. Isn't it close to a 20% increase?
