Can she recuse herself now and claim her client lied to her and put her in this position?
Posted on 9/26/19 at 4:34 pm to Tiger Prawn
Not to mention WWL was his employer in the past, and Entercom is one of the largest radio companies in the country.

She wouldn't "recuse herself". She's not a judge.
She would just no longer represent him.

WWL/Entercom's attorney, Michael Banks, is a big gun in employment law circles.

Got it.
I thought they had an official term for ditching a client

The attorneys that I know would never drag these sorts of details out in public at the risk of jeopardizing their client's case.

One thing to point out about a polygraph is that the questions can be skewed in a certain way in favor of the party. I'd be interested to see what questions were asked.

She could, but she's an enormous SJW who would never admit that she was so focused on an opportunity to dismantle the patriarchy or some garbage that she didn't realize her client was a lying POS. She's going down swinging on this one.

If you are focusing on the polygraph you just aren't focusing on anything meaningful.
If they have forensic evidence like is the rumor, that says EVERYTHING.

allow them to cash in a $1.8 million payday not realizing Entercon would defend themselves with every resource available.
About fricking time. We are seeing the pendulum begin to swing back and I am glad. The only way to stop this shite is to stand up to it.

He wont do it, but he should countersue.
TBH, I didnt think anyone in 2019 was dumb enough to tweet from their own phone and not think it wouldn't be figured out.
This explains the relative silence from the usual aggrieved parties, even they smelled BS.

Agree, Entercom is a pretty big company... but 1.8 million is still a lot of money. Plus, they probably started this, really trying to figure out who did it.

TBob is absolutely retarded.
Looks like Underhills wife is too. Maybe that’s the minority they claim.

The size of the company is irrelevant. Being a large company doesn't make the crime less significant.

What are you saying?

TBob seems to be fast tracking himself to becoming persona non grata with Tiger fans. Maybe he spent too much time around Eric Reid.
I know Bobby Sr is a nice guy so in sad his grandson is such a little shite.

Waiting on underhill, holder, etc to chime in since they were quick to jump in when it first happened

That could happen. He was considered a disaster as a player for the majority of his time.

Has Lester Earl chimed in? He had some strong opinions in the first thread.
