I’m talking to people with mutts or inexpensive dogs. You walking down the street and someone says the love your dog, offer you $10,000 for it.

If not, what would it take?

No.

But I don't have a dog.

Wouldn't sell any of my cats for $10k.

I'd sell my dog for $1000. Purebred German Shepherd, almost 7 years old if anyone wants him.

Depends on the dog.

I have a rescue mutt who is foul tempered, disagreeable, and in general hates almost everyone.

Someone offers me $10K, I will at least think about it because it means he gets rehomed rather than going to a shelter.

My dogs been having some bladder issues lately. I told him I’d go broke trying to fix him. I think he’s calling my bluff.
