I mean, she could have the gas tank drained and flushed before starting it…would be a helluva lot cheaper than the repairs if she drove it for a bit

Yeah. Cranking it n running it is when the damage would occur. I'd help, cuz that isn't gonna cuz some minor inconvenience

Fun fact: Urine was collected from southern women during the American Civil War for its trace amounts of Urea and Ammonia for the purposes of making black powder. So it was collected at a production level capacity at one point.

Defensive or 'smirking' at how fickle guys are here? This place can be quite bi-polar.

What a douche you are.

I'd go stop her and tell her not to crank her car. But then I'm not a dick.

Funny you call yourself a Tiger fan …considering the majority of the student athletes you allegedly cheer for on Saturday night in Death Valley would likely support Biden.

To be clear, if the pic in the OP was a white woman with a MAGA hat, and some person made a similar comment as you, I’d be calling them out too.

Alot of people have too much on their minds sometimes. If you've ever gone through dealing with the loss of someone very close, or heavy stress like that. Sometimes your body goes on cruise control while your mind is somewhere completely else dealing with grief. I've shown up parked somewhere and couldn't tell you once thing about the trip I made. Stress is a powerful thing, and the mind and body react to it differently. Sometimes you wander around like a zombie. I'd go tell that lady and help her get a tow truck. You never know what people are dealing with.

April 2020.

Stood in my driveway and poured DEF in my diesel tank, realized what I had done after about 5 seconds, and luckily truck wasn't running.

Heavy stress indeed, the heaviest.

I'd give her a hand...

I pulled up to a gas station a few weeks ago and the nozzles were red and blue.

I’m only familiar with the black and green nozzles so I texted a friend to ask which one was for regular gas for cars

Not a chance in hell was I about to call my husband and give him another reason to tease me endlessly

You could have just read the labels.

But to the OP. Yes, I would say something if I am certain she is messing up. Heck, I tell people in the gym all the time when they are doing dangerous or incorrect exercises.

Way back in the day I did just the opposite and put regular unleaded into a diesel tractor. At least it was on a trailer already. I bet some A-Hole was smirking.

In Colorado, it's about $4.25 or so I read. But have no clue locally. I never see these pumps where I tend to trade.

On that note, Buc-ees opened in Colorado recently. This is how they label the pump (appears only about half of all Buc-ees stations offer a DEF pump).
