Remember all the downvotes you would get if you dared to post that maybe people should wait on long term data first to get a shot. Where are they now.

Flu cases in 2020 dropped to near zero so yeah, it was the the flu.

Yes, there is. Google it. Literally Google is there a traditional vaccine for Covid now.
Some people will never admit to getting duped.

If you needed to go to the hospital for anything during that period you'd have noticed it. That was always the major issue.

Umm- my take. Covid was real. It was caused by a virus. But today that no one could have prevented it is false. The people who allowed it to “leak” from the lab could have prevented it. Once it was in the wild, no. It was too late then. But is wasn’t some random mutation of a virus that happened.

The negligence in the lab is why the virus got out, yes.

In the 19th JDC alone, one judge dropped dead and another spent months on a ventilator. So yes, I think I would have known.
Weird that doesn’t happen every cold and flu season…

Election year propaganda. Nothing more, nothing less.
Right. Which perfectly explains why Trump was on TV talking about it every day and promoted project warp speed. He was obviously trying to use COVID to derail his own reelection prospects.

A bunch of old people who were about to die anyway died from it so it would have probably been newsworthy in a similar way to how heavy death flu years have been in the past, which makes sense since that's basically what it was. Nobody officially died from the flu for almost two years for some odd reason though.

This was not the only population affected

Yes. I work in an acute care hospital in Louisiana.
That disease utterly overwhelmed our ED and ICU. It was a terrible disease and it killed alot of people.

Not just the direct CV19 effects either, all of those resources took away resources for normal emergency/medical needs.
The typical response is to claim this was all made up and artificial.

It was indistinguishable from the flu in both symptoms and severity, so obviously not.
This isn’t even remotely true. Where the frick are you getting your information from? What the frick's the matter with you people?
The fatality rate with the flu doesn't go above 0.1%. At the height of China virus, the fatality rate was as high as 1%.

Because the hospitals and ER’s were overflowing and a lot of people love ones lost? Just a wild guess…

Covid broke a lot of people mentally.
It really pushed the already polar further away from reality and harder into their in-group.

Yeah. It also was a little more deadly than the flu because there was no vaccine for at least a year. For the immuno-compromised like my aunt once she hit the ventilator it was over
That's not true. At the height of covid. It was about 10 times more deadly than the flu.
