5 acres, pretty secluded area and nice views of the river but i would be worried about flooding.

Bonus: love the 2 4wheelers posed ready for action and the boat shed.

The spacing of the windows would drive my OCD crazy. Looks like they just freehanded them on the plans.

The practice that real estate agents are utilizing - stretching interior photos to misrepresent the property - should be against the law.

Lots of cheap finishes for a 6k sq ft home. I hate listings like this, because you can envision how you could make it a genuinely nice and age-worthy home, but it would basically require a scrape and rebuild or massive renovation to take it out of cheesy McMansion category

The entrance and front of the home are too out of place. I'd rather a less gaudy home and more land for almost 3 million. Like 100 acres more minimum
