I wouldn't blame her at all, especially since y'all met online and not through mutual friends.
Guys on here complain about women all the time, but a woman is far, far more likely to be harmed by a male than vice versa. She is just being safe and smart.

Yeah, I missed the met online part. That doesn't really compute for me. I don't do social media and wouldn't go out with or try and meet a girl online.

Woth today's technology back ground checks are a normal occurance especially for people you meet online. I used to do it in the form of asking friends that were from the same hometown as the girl. She's from city-A, I have a friend from there, so I'd ask if there is anything I should know. Now, it's all done I love I guess. It's not a big deal.

She's not very bright though by telling someone that a background check was run on them. It does feel like a violation, which is why I don't go broadcasting it when I do it.

Wait I must have missed that her friend ran the background check and not her. Yeah, I think I'd have a problem with that. If you are interested, do something about that friend. Otherwise that friend will be a problem for you.
